Regular exercise, including strength training, has been shown to be extremely beneficial to young people of all ages! Gym-based exercise can help to improve confidence, gross motor skills, strength and endurance, and provides a movement option away from P.E. and sport-based activities, while also helping to improve emotional regulation for young people. Creating a positive relationship with exercise at a younger age leads to physically active and healthy adults!
