Sporting Performance

At Hobart Exercise Physiology we work with a wide variety of athletes to improve sporting performance. From elite level swimmers competing at both state and national levels, to state level soccer players, to dancer’s, to touch football players; all wanting to reduce injury risk, and optimize performance. Ensuring exercise prescription is sport specific, and targeting individual movement patterns, strength, conditioning, power, instabilities and imbalances, is key to promoting this high level performance and reducing injury risk.

Educating around correct warm up and cool down procedures is also important, and we provide both individual and group services to clubs who may be wanting to see improvements, and seek a greater understanding of what and why they direct their players to complete certain movements and exercises.
